- The Grec Barcelona Festival is a fun event which takes place every year between the months of June and August. The festival is basically a 2 month arts and music festival and this is one of the top cultural events in the Barcelona events calendar.
- Sitges Vintage Car Rally is another annual event which attracts large crowds to the Barcelona area. - The European Balloon Festival, although not held in Barcelona itself, is a wonderful event to take the family to and it takes place in the small and pleasant town of 'Gualada' every July. The festival attracts over twenty thousand people each year and is a pleasant day out.
- La Mercè Festival is always an enjoyable festival in Barcelona and it tends to include a variety of events including fireworks, street vendors, live music and street entertainment including human towers.
